For the Crust:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping, sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and grapes until the fruit is evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to blend the flavors.
