A creamy and sweet fruit salad with a cheesecake twist, perfect for a refreshing dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping, sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and grapes until the fruit is evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to blend the flavors.
