For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter for the crust; press into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Add dollops of brownie mix, then top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is mostly set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake and serve.
