Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add diced Velveeta cheese and minced garlic. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy. Combine with the pasta and chicken.
