For the Crust:

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced Velveeta cheese and minced garlic. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy. Combine with the pasta and chicken.
