For the Crust:

- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface; flip and cook until browned on the other side.
