For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in the flour until well combined.
- Form dough into small balls, place on the prepared baking sheet, and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
