For the Crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (12 oz) caramel topping
- 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven according to the cake mix package instructions.
- Prepare and bake the yellow cake according to package directions in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Once the cake has cooled for about 10 minutes, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, making sure it gets into the holes.
- Drizzle the caramel topping evenly over the cake.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Butterfinger bars over the cake.
- Spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake.
- Sprinkle the rest of the crushed Butterfinger bars on top of the whipped topping.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
