A delightful combination of sweet pears, tangy blue cheese, and golden honey, baked to perfection for a warm and elegant dessert or appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven, top with blue cheese and walnuts, then drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
