For the Crust:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven, top with blue cheese and walnuts, then drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
