For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (for coating)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans to coat evenly. Serve with crackers or veggies.
