  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, orange zest, and orange juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
