For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place the brie wheel in the center. Top with cranberries, pecans, and honey.
  3. Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing the edges. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
