For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place the brie wheel in the center. Top with cranberries, pecans, and honey.
- Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing the edges. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
