For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread half of the bang bang sauce over the salmon fillets. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with the reserved bang bang sauce.
