For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika to make the bang bang sauce.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Spread half of the bang bang sauce over the salmon fillets. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with the reserved bang bang sauce.
