For the Crust:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs and mix until combined. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir into the banana mixture. Fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
