For the Crust:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautΓ© the mushrooms until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the mushroom and spinach mixture over half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold the tortillas over, and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
