For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on a large piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
