For the Crust:
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish. Arrange the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture over the cheese, olives, and tomatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and the oil is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately with slices of crusty bread.
