  • Author: Chef Lolytta

Description

A creamy, cheesy baked spaghetti dish with a rich tomato-meat sauce and a velvety cream cheese layer.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Layer half the cooked spaghetti in a greased baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over spaghetti, then top with remaining spaghetti.
  5. Pour meat sauce over the top layer of spaghetti. Sprinkle mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
