For the Crust:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Layer half the cooked spaghetti in a greased baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over spaghetti, then top with remaining spaghetti.
- Pour meat sauce over the top layer of spaghetti. Sprinkle mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
