For the Crust:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4β6 dried figs, chopped
- 4β6 slices of prosciutto
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place the wheel of brie in the center of the puff pastry. Drizzle honey over the top, sprinkle chopped figs, and layer prosciutto slices.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
