A deliciously rich baked brie wrapped in puff pastry and filled with sweet honey, figs, and savory prosciutto.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4–6 dried figs, chopped
  • 4–6 slices of prosciutto

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie in the center of the puff pastry. Drizzle honey over the top, sprinkle chopped figs, and layer prosciutto slices.
  3. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
