Description

These crispy air fryer sliced potatoes are thin, golden, and packed with flavor. Perfect for snacking or serving as a savory side dish in under 20 minutes.


Ingredients

2 lbs Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

1. Peel and slice the potatoes into ¼ inch thick rounds using a mandolin or sharp knife.

2. Place slices in a bowl of cold water and soak for 15–30 minutes to remove starch.

3. Drain and dry thoroughly with paper towels.

4. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

5. Air fry half the batch at 380°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.

6. Transfer to a serving platter and repeat with remaining slices.

7. Serve hot with dill aioli or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, add ½ tsp cornstarch to seasoning.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches for even results.
